'Band of Brothers' is a peer-to-peer Supportive Community, operating throughout London and the South-East of England.
Set-up with one mission - to break the stigma around men talking about their feelings and showing their genuine emotion, we want men to benefit from the brotherhood.
Our walks have lots of men of all ages, physical abilities, religious and cultural backgrounds, from varied occupations; we welcome everyone to join in! No pressure, no judgement.
Mental Health is indiscriminate, so if you're struggling with isolation, addiction, depression, grief, bereavement, anxiety, PTSD or needing social support, we're here for you.
