'Band of Brothers' is a men's peer-to-peer club, set-up by local men - for local men; built around connection, social inclusion and emotional resilience, focusing on mental health, wellbeing and a shared commitment to positive change.
We offer peer-to-peer support, designed to help men feel heard, valued and empowered.
Too often, men are told to "man-up" or that "men don't cry". There's a stigma about talking about our emotions - but talking, sharing and reaching out to others isn't a sign of weakness - it's actually a sign of strength!
Our mission is simply to end the high male suicide rates and break the stigma around men talking about their emotions.
Remember - just one conversation could help save a life!
To join 'Band of Brothers' you need to be a adult man (18yrs+). Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept those under 18 years of age.
Mental Health is indiscriminate, so if you're struggling with isolation, addiction, depression, grief, bereavement, anxiety, PTSD or needing social support, we're here for you.
Whether you're looking to improve your mental health, build confidence, or simply meet like-minded people, you’ll find yourself in the right place here.
We provide an environment free of charge, free-from pressure and judgement, and a safe, welcoming space where men of all backgrounds can come together, talk openly and access meaningful support.
Becoming a member of 'Band of Brothers' is FREE. You'll learn about all the fantastic events offered, including a range of regular meet-ups, workshops, activities and Walk and Talks.
